Classes are run as a group which helps children strengthen peer relationships as they expected to encourage and support each other. Kids develop self-confidence and self-esteem as they realize that they are capable of more than they thought and their efforts are celebrated in class.
Sessions will run 2x/week for 4 weeks. Each class will have a warm-up, skill development segment, Workout of the Day (WOD), and will end with a game. We ask parents to remain present for the duration of class to observe, but please remain quiet so that class can run smoothly.
Crossfit Pre-K (3-5)
Mondays 4:00-4:20 and Wednesdays 4:30-4:50
CrossFit Lily Members: $45/Session
Preschoolers and kindergartners are introduced to CrossFit concepts. The classes are short (20 minutes!) and are play-based to teach kids that exercise and fitness are fun! Skills are basic and are designed to meet the developmental needs of the children.
Crossfit Kids (5-12)
Sundays 12:30-1:10 and Tuesdays 4:00-4:40.
CrossFit Lily Members: $90/Session
We build on the foundation of fun that is set in the Pre-K classes. Classes focus on the 10 general physical skills (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardio, endurance and accuracy) needed to help prepare kids to participate in sports and in life.
